1. Petitioners submit victim suffered suicidal death. They have been implicated on a false charge of murder. They pray for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Post mortem report indicates death due to hanging which is predominantly suicidal. No other injury is found on the body of the victim.

4. Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of BNSSD 2023 and that petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
