1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered materials on record. No narcotics was recovered from the petitioner. CDRs shows petitioner had telephonic communications with co-accused from whom narcotics was recovered. Custodial interrogation may unravel involvement of the petitioner in dealing in narcotics.

3. In view of the aforesaid facts and nature of crime we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
