Seeking a direction upon the respondents to recast the panel prepared by the School Service Commission on the basis of an examination held in 2007 for the post of Assistant Teacher in Bio-Science. Suffice to observe, by efflux of time the panel has expired and the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of without any order.

The interim, if any, stands vacated.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible.
