The petitioner has challenged the judgement and order dated 06-10-2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 7th court, Asansol in M. EX No. 14 of 2023. In case the petitioner deposits 50% of the arrear amount claimed in the execution case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 7th court, Asansol would recall the warrant of arrest so issued and grant few installments for depositing rest of the arrear amount.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4363 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending any other applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
