The petitioner is aggrieved by alleged inaction on the part of the Saltora Police Station, in respect of a complaint dated 15.11.2022.

The Saltora Police Station has submitted instructions addressed to the learned State Advocate dated 04.12.2022, which is taken on record.

It appears that there is civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents. The police have taken out proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P.C.

The Police shall continue to maintain strict vigil on the premises and ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

5.

The petitioner may take out appropriate civil proceedings against the private respondents in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
