The petitioner appearing in person alleges that several complaints lodged by him before the police authority have not been responded to. The petitioner draws the attention of the Court to a complaint lodged by the 8th respondent who is his wife on 6th November, 2025 and submits that this complaint has also not been taken care of.

Learned counsel for the 8th respondent submits that she is not pressing the said complaint.

Learned counsel for the 7th respondent denies and disputes the allegation made by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the 7th respondent submits that the 7th respondent is the neighbour of the petitioner and has been unnecessarily dragged by the petitioner into the proceeding due to strained relation between the petitioner and his wife.

The report submitted by the State demonstrates that the complaint lodged by the petitioner has been registered as FIR and investigation is in progress. However, in the event any of the complaints lodged by the petitioner has not been responded to by the police authority, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175 of the BNSS for redressal of his grievance.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
