The petitioners complain of alleged inaction on the part of the New Town Police Station in taking steps in respect of a complaint against the private respondents.

It appears from the record that the petitioners have moved this Court earlier in WPA 9440 of 2022.

By an order dated 20.06.2022 a Co-ordinate Bench had directed the Police to enforce the order of injunction passed by the Civil Court. 5.

Since thereafter the petitioners' house was looted and goods and articles were stolen, the petitioners may obtain specific orders under Section 151 of the C.P.C. on the New Town Police Station.

The New Town Police shall strictly implement any order that may be passed by the Civil Court in T. S. No. 412 of 2019 which is now pending before the Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barasat.

The writ petition is disposed of.

8.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
