Report is placed on Record. Aadhaar card and birth certificate of the petitioner are not genuine. Ration card was obtained on the strength of the Aadhaar card. Under such circumstances, we are constrained to hold documents relied upon by the petitioner in proof of citizenship do not appear to be genuine.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
