After hearing the petitioner and going through the averments in the present writ application as well as the prayer made in the writ application, this Court finds that the dispute which the petitioners are raised is mainly of the landlord and tenant dispute.

2. Thus, this Court in a writ jurisdiction cannot adjudicate the dispute between the landlord and tenant.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

4. However, the dismissal of the writ petition will not prevent the petitioners for taking appropriate steps before the appropriate Court of law for their grievance. (Krishna Rao, J.)
