Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner's minor daughter was kidnapped by the private respondents. An FIR was lodged being Chandrakona PS Case No.336 dated 27.9.2023 under Sections 363, 365, 34 of the IPC. However, till date the girl has not been recovered.

Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondent no.4 and 5 to 7 submits as follows. The girl has now become major and has applied for getting married to the respondent no.5. The complaint made by the petitioner is absolutely misconceived.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the report and submits as follows. Investigation is going on in connection with the police case. Two persons

have been arrested. Raids have been conducted for recovery of the girl. However, considering the fact that the girl has now become major, appropriate steps will be taken in this regard.

It appears that on the complaint of the petitioner, an FIR was registered and investigation is going on. Let the case registered in this regard be taken to its logical conclusion expeditiously and in accordance with law. Therefore, no further order need be passed.

With these observations, WPA 25561 of 2023 is disposed of.
