1. Petitioner submits no narcotics was recovered from his possession. He prays for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the NCB submits BSF personnel recovered 43 kgs of ganja and 371 bottles of phensydel syrup from one Alamgir Mondal. In the course of investigation name of the petitioner transpired. Inspite of notice he did not co-operate with investigation.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Large volume of narcotics had been recovered from co-accused. Name of the petitioner transpired during investigation. He did not respond to notices under section 67 of the NDPS Act.

4. In view of the aforesaid materials particularly the conduct of the petitioner in not co-operating with investigation, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
