I am not satisfied with the conduct of the present petitioner.

But, as a matter of last chance, the petitioner is granted an opportunity to appear before the ld. CJM, Hooghly by 22nd March, 2024.

Hence, I direct that, in case, the petitioner appears and/or surrenders before the ld. CJM, Hooghly in connection with Dadpur P.S. case no. 24 of 2019 by 22nd of March, 2024, the ld. Court would recall the warrant of arrest and allow the petitioner to continue on the same bail and bond and if required, impose further stringent conditions. The petitioner would be meeting with the officer in charge/inspector in charge of Dadpur P.S. once a week for a

period of six months or until modified by the ld. Trial Court, who would be in seisin of the matter.

The concerned officer in charge/inspector in charge will submit a compliance report on each and every month to the ld. Trial court and/or the court in seisin of the matter. In case the petitioner do not appear and/or surrender before the ld. CJM, Hooghly on or before 22nd March, 2024, the ld. Trial court would resort to harsher process of law by adhering to the provisions of Section 82 of the cr.p.c.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4366 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
