1. Service report filed by the State be kept with the records.

2. The petitioner says that he has been falsely implicated. There was a love affair between him and the victim girl. Upon the victim's family coming to know of the same, the false complaint was caused to be lodged. He is in custody for 132 days. He prays for bail.

3. Learned State Counsel, opposing the bail prayer, draws our attention to the victim girl's statement. In no uncertain terms she implicated the three accused persons including this petitioner. The three accused persons ravished her. They also threatened her not to disclose the incident to anybody as otherwise they would kill her. She has become pregnant. She is a 14-year old girl. Charge is yet to be framed. Signed By :

4. In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage. The prayer for bail is rejected.

5. The application being CRM (DB) 3717 of 2024 is accordingly dismissed.
