The petitioner has filed the present application on the allegation for non-compliance of the judgement passed by this Court dated 23rd February, 2022 passed in WPA 15358 of 2014.

Counsel for the contemnor has handed over the order dated 13th July, 2023 wherein the contemnor has complied with the order passed by this Court. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the contemnor has complied with the order passed by this Court in terms of the Government policy dated 26th December, 2012 although the said notification is not applicable in terms of the order passed by this Court as the contemnor is not required to take any fee for mutation from the petitioner.

This Court finds that the contemnor has complied with the order passed by this Court and if the petitioner is aggrieved with the order passed by authority dated 13th July, 2023 the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

In view of the above, CPAN 1292 of 2022 in WPA 15358 of 2014 is disposed of.

Consequently CAN 1 of 2023 is also disposed of. The order dated 13th July, 2023 be kept with the record.
