By this writ petition petitioner has challenged the impugned adjudication order dated 14th August, 2023 passed under the relevant provisions of WBGST Act which is an appellable order under the statute and the time to file appeal is still available and I find no exceptional reason to interfere with the impugned appellable adjudication order.

Accordingly this writ petition being WPA 25571 of 2023 is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file statutory appeal in accordance with law.
