1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal accused. His bail prayer has been rejected in March, 2023. Trial has commenced. Number of witnesses have already been examined. Offences, if proved, would attract mandatory life imprisonment. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

3. The application for bail is, thus, rejected. .
