Case No. 321 of 2024 dated 21.08.2024.

Learned advocate submits that she has been abused, threatened, assaulted as well as injured and, in spite of the same, the police authorities have only incorporated the Section(s) in the FIR in a routine manner.

Learned advocate for the State, on the other hand, submits that repeatedly, she has been directed to supply the medical documents as well as the list of articles relating to her stridhan property, but, till date, the same have not been supplied.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would, in case the same have not been supplied, supply and/submit the list of articles relating to stridhan property including the medical documents which are available with her within a close proximity of time.

So far as the prayer relating to visitation right is concerned, the petitioner would approach the learned jurisdictional Civil Court, and, if any order is passed, the police authorities will assist the petitioner in respect of her visitation rights, if any impediment is created.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 26687 of 2024 is disposed of.
