1. In these review applications, a prayer is made that the petitioners may be allowed to file a fresh plan for sanction based on the report of the Advocate Commissioner.

2. This order does not prevent the applicants to make any application before the Kolkata Municipal Corporation for a fresh sanction plan based on the report of the Commissioner, if it is permissible under the Municipal Laws.

3. With the aforesaid observations, the review applications are disposed of.
