However, it appears from Annexure-P4 at page-51 of the writ petition that the endorsement in the right hand column as well as the communication at the bottom of the page were made by the AGM (Law).

As such, there is no necessity to effect any alteration in the said order.

Since the writ petition has already been disposed of, no further order need be passed. (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.)
