Mr. Saha, learned counsel for the State has submitted that the concerned S. P. had in letter and spirit complied with the order dated 23.03.2022. The petitioners were restored possession of their properties in 1st April, 2022.

Mr. Saha, learned advocate has produced three declarations signed by three petitioners on 29th April, 2023 that they are residing in their respective residences with their families in peace for the last one year.

Copies of the declarations are kept with the record.

The allegations of the petitioners against the then S. P., Barasat now posted in Birbhum are, therefore, completely baseless.

5.

The contempt application is dismissed with a warning to the petitioners not to engage any such

frivolous applications before Court.

6.

The S. P., Barasat may monitor peaceful living of the petitioners through the I. C., Sashan Police Station.

7.

The contempt application is disposed of.

8.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

9.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
