The petitioner is aggrieved that Bolpur Police Station has not taken steps pursuant to a complaint dated 22.09.2022 against the private respondent/husband. Their minor son is under the custody of the petitioner.

Bolpur Police Station shall ensure that the private respondent does not in any way try to snatch away the minor boy from the petitioner. 3.

If the private respondent seeks lawful custody of the minor boy, he may approach an appropriate Court for such custody.

Bolpur Police Station shall strictly abide by any order that may be passed by the Civil Court or statutory forum in this regard.

The writ petition is disposed of.

6.

There will be no order as to costs.
