Perused the case diary.

The petitioners' case is that there was a fight between two sides. Both the adverse sides suffered injuries. As per the prosecution case, the present victims suffered serious injuries. In fact, one of the victims suffered grievous injury.

Considering the above, the other materials available in the case diary and the fact that the petitioner nos. 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 are the female members of the household, while I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 (Md. Kalimuddin Sekh, Najimuddin Sk and Meraj Sk @ Merajuddin Sk.) is rejected.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner nos. 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 is allowed.

In the event of arrest, the petitioner nos. 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 (Rina Bibi, Tohamina Bibi @ Tohamina Khatun, Sahina Bibi @ Sahina Khatun, Kamela Bibi @ Kamela Khatun and Parul Bibi) shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 corresponding to Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023 and on further conditions that the petitioner nos. 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 shall not threaten or intimidate witnesses and shall co-operate with the investigation.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
