1. Parties are represented through their respective learned counsels.

2. The singular prayer advanced by learned counsel for petitioner is to issue a direction on the Tribunal to hear his pending Original Application expeditiously. Learned counsel for petitioner informs that pleadings are complete before Tribunal but he has not filed any application seeking early hearing of the matter. We find no reason to interfere in this matter. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate application for early hearing before Tribunal. We have no doubt Tribunal will consider that application in accordance with law.
