Perused the case diary.

It appears that there are case and counter case and both the sides suffered injuries. However, the statements of neighbours present at pages 5 and 6 of the case diary clearly implicate the present petitioner.

Considering the above and the injury report showing infliction of serious injury on a vital part of the body like head that required eight stitches to repair, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
