After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to submit a comprehensive submission to the District Magistrate concerned. If such representation is made to the District Magistrate concerned alongwith a copy of this order, the District Magistrate shall enquire into the matter and proceed to take action in accordance with law.
