Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that a relationship developed between the petitioner and the victim, consequent to which both of them fled away. It has also been stated that the boy is 19 years while the girl is aged about 17 years.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has produced the case diary and opposed the prayer for bail. Learned advocate for the de facto complainant is present.

I have considered the period of detention, but it has been reported that there are changed circumstances. If there are changed circumstances, de facto complainant or the

victim will file an affidavit before the learned Trial Court. Learned Trial Court, if it finds that there are changed circumstances and the girl is more than 17 years, in that case, the learned Trial Court would exercise his discretion of bail in favour of the present petitioner.

Case diary be returned to learned advocate for the State.

The application for bail, being CRM (M) 2417 of 2025, is, thus, disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
