1. Perused the officer report dated 14th May, 2025 it appears that in the order dated 18th February, 2025, the connected application number has been wrongly incorporated. Although, the order was passed on connected application No. CAN 2 of 2024 in the aforesaid order, the same has been recorded as CAN 1 of 2024. Such recording appears on page-1 at two particular places, i.e., in the cause title and immediately after the appearance of the parties.

2. The department is directed to correct the number of the connected application by substituting CAN 2 of 2024 in place of CAN 1 of 2024 at the aforesaid two particular places at page no.1 of the order.

3. Other portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.
