1. The petitioners claim that they are being disturbed in their peaceful enjoyment of their property.

2. Learned advocate for the State submits a report. The report reflects that number of criminal cases have been registered and the same are pending.

3. Learned advocate for the private respondents is present and denies the contentions advanced on behalf of the petitioners.

4. The police authority concerned shall keep a strict vigil and would ensure that no breach of peace takes place and no untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing

between the petitioners and the private respondents.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA No. 26933 of 2024 is disposed of.

6. The report submitted by the State be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners.

7. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
