Learned counsel for the private respondent submits that in compliance with the order of this Court, the private respondent has vacated bed room no. 1 of the house in question and the petitioner is at liberty to take possession thereof. He further submits that all the belongings of the private respondent has been shifted from the said room. There is no lock on the door of the said room. The petitioner is at liberty to keep her own belongings under lock and key therein. Also, the private respondent undertakes to provide the password of the

CCTV App so that the petitioner has access to the footages recorded therein.

With the above directions and observation, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
