The petitioner is an Associate Professor of History at A.B.N. Seal College, Cooch Behar.

The said college is a Government College. The petitioner intends to challenge his suspension order issued by the State.

The petitioner being an employee of State Government cannot maintain this petition before this Court as a Court of first instance.

Accordingly, WPA 25591 of 2023 is dismissed.

However, dismissal of the writ petition shall not prevent the petitioner from approaching before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
