1. None appears on behalf of the petitioner. Mr. Aritra Sinha, learned advocate, who represented the petitioner earlier also do not turn up. Mr. Aditya Chakraborty, learned advocate representing the opposite party no. 1 is present and so also Mr. Ranabir Roy Chowhdury, learned advocate for the opposite party no. 2/State.

2. The matter is pending since 2012 and on 28th June, 2024 Mr. Sinha undertook to appear on behalf of the petitioner. However, direction was given to the petitioner to serve copy of the revisional application along with all annexures upon the opposite party no. 1, which has not been done.

3. Therefore, it appears that petitioner has lost interest in pursuing with this matter.

4. In view of the fact that none appears before this court representing the petitioner and the matter is pending since 2012, this Court finds no reason to keep the this revisional application pending. Accordingly, this revisional application is dismissed for default.
