Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner refers to page 10 of the application being CAN 1415 of 2020. Page 10 of the application is a representation/ report filed by the college way back on 30th December, before the Director of Public Instruction, Government of West Bengal, Bikash Bhawan, Salt Lake and that representation/ report dated 30th December, 2013 has not been considered till date.

Mr. Hazra, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent no.3 and Mr. Giri, learned Counsel appearing for the State are present.

Heard all the parties.

As the representation dated 30th December, 2013 is still pending, I request the Director of Public Instruction, Government of West Bengal, Bikash Bhawan, Salt Lake being the respondent no.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30th December, 2013 at page 10 of the application and pass a reasoned

order, as early as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from date after giving an opportunity of hearing not only to the petitioner but also to the other respondent authorities and allow them to produce necessary documents at the time of hearing. The Director of Public Instruction, Government of West Bengal, Bikash Bhawan, Salt Lake is also requested to communicate such decision at an earliest.

Learned Advocate-on-record of the petitioner is also requested to serve a copy of this writ petition and a copy of the application to the Director of Public Instruction, Government of West Bengal, Bikash Bhawan, Salt Lake along with the order of this Court positively within 7 days from today.

The writ petition being WPA 22701 of 2011 along with CAN 1 of 2020 are accordingly disposed of. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the writ petition, all the issues are left open to the Director of Public Instruction, Government of West Bengal, Bikash Bhawan, Salt Lake to be decided by him. There will be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit have been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
