Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 02.12.2022.

In the 1st line at page 2 of the order dated 02.12.2022, the words 'learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buniadpur, Birbhum' be substituted by the words 'learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rampurhat, Birbhum'. Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the order.
