The petitioner alleges that the award under Section 3G(1) of the National Highway Act, 1956 was not served upon him despite acquisition of his land. He is also not aware of the arbitral proceedings.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner prays for some time in order to peruse the written instruction filed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
