The matter is listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" on the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that after going through the writ application, it is found that there are some technical defects which cannot be rectified by way of amendment.

2. Accordingly, he prays for withdrawal of the writ application with the liberty to file afresh.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, WPA 26308 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file afresh.
