Heard submissions made on behalf of both the parties.

The issue relates to awarding of marks on account of discrepancy pointed out by the candidate in the preliminary answer key within the stipulated time period in the 2nd State Level Selection Test, 2025. 3.

It appears that the objections raised by the petitioner were duly considered and the same were not accepted by the Expert Committee. The petitioner is aggrieved by the same.

The Court is of the view that since experts have considered the objections raised by the petitioner and have formed an opinion, accordingly, there is no

further scope for the Court to re-assess the questions and answers in the said examination. The Court, not being an expert, ought not to interfere in such a situation.

In view of the above, the writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
