Apparently, the victim committed suicide at her matrimonial home. There are statements in the case dairy of neighbours implicating all the petitioners in the incident of torture on the victim.

In view of the materials in the case diary and the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring therefrom, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 5610 of 2022 is dismissed.
