In the order dated January 3, 2024, the third last paragraph of page five of the order be corrected as 'from the date of disposal of the revisional application' and in page two of sub-para (a) of the order, the 'defendant no. 2' be corrected as defendant no.4.

Let this order be treated as a part of the original order dated January 3, 2024. The other part of the order is unaltered.
