The State of West Bengal and another In the third paragraph of the revisional application inadvertently it has been typed as CRR 4370 of 2022, which is incorrect. The correct number of the revisional application would be CRR 4369 of 2022.

The aforesaid revisional application be corrected in respect of the order dated 24.07.2023.

Let this order be treated as part and parcel of the original order dated 24.07.2023.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary corrections as above.
