Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner appears to be the tenant in respect of the premises in question under the 4th and 5th respondents. An ex parte order of injunction has been granted by the learned trial Court in Title Suit No. 620 of 2015 restraining the 4th and 5th respondents from disturbing the possession of the petitioner in respect of the property without due process of law till disposal of the suit. The petitioner alleges that in violation of the said order, the private respondents are trying to put a grill gate in the premises by obstructing the ingress and egress of

the petitioner. Despite complaints being made before the police authority, no step has been taken.

Since the petitioner is enjoying an order of injunction granted by the learned trial Court, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the said learned Court in the event of violation, if any, of the said order and also for seeking police assistance for implementation of the order.

In the meantime the police authority is directed to keep strict vigil over the area so that there is no breach of peace and tranquility. They shall provide necessary assistance to the petitioner as and when required. With the above observations and directions this writ petition is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
