It appears from the earlier order dated 06.08.2021 passed by this Court wherein the writ petitioner was asked to serve notice upon the respondents intimating the next date of hearing and with a further direction to file affidavit-of-service in that regard.

It appears from the report submitted by the Department that the direction passed by this Court earlier dated 06.08.2021 has not yet been complied with.

It appears that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed further with the present case.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition be and the same is hereby dismissed for default.

Consequently, the application, if any, filed in connection with this writ petition is also hereby dismissed.
