Let the West Bengal Central School Service Commission be added as party respondent to the instant proceedings.

Leave is granted to the learned advocate on record for the petitioner to amend the cause title in course of the day.

The report of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purulia dated 20th July, 2023 is taken on record. 4.

Since the recommendation of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purulia has been sent to the School Service Commission, what remains is allotment of a school to the petitioner for the purpose of posting. 5.

The petitioner shall sit with the Chairman, School Service Commission on 1st August, 2023 at 2 pm.

The Chairman shall consider the vacancies in the schools already chosen by the petitioner. If no such vacancies are available, any nearby school may be indicated by the Chairman to the petitioner.

Upon choice being made, the Chairman shall issue orders recommending the petitioner to the said school and such recommendation may be forwarded to the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. The Board shall immediately thereafter issue appointment. The aforesaid exercise shall be made offline.

8.

The School Education Department shall render all necessary assistance in indicating vacancies to the School Service Commission.

9.

With the aforesaid observations, the contempt application is disposed of.

10.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnors, if any, is dispensed with.

11.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

12.

There will be no order as to costs.

13.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

14.
