Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The private respondents are a travel agency who took Rs.7 lakhs from the petitioner for his intended visit abroad for conducting Haj. The entire money was defalcated. On the complaint of the petitioner, only an FIR was lodged. But, the accused was not arrested. Charge sheet was also filed showing the accused as an absconder. No steps have been taken by the police to apprehend the accused.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the report and submits that after completion of investigation a charge sheet was submitted. However, as the accused could not be apprehended, they were shown as absconders. A prayer has now been made to have orders of proclamation and attachment issued on the accused. It appears that the police have taken steps for seeking attendance of the accused.

Therefore, no further order need to be passed.

With these observations, WPA 25606 of 2023 is disposed of.
