For the Petitioner Ms. Rama Halder, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submitted that, the challenge in the writ petition was suspension of the petitioner from his employment. She submitted that, subsequently the suspension was lifted, the petitioner had resumed his employment and ultimately retired.

She further submitted that, no further cause survives in the writ petition.

In view of the above, this writ petition WPA 21184 of 2009 stands dismissed as infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
