There has been no issue in course of Jagadhatri Puja and the report prepared by the Inspector-in-charge, Narendrapur Police Station, contends that adequate police force were deployed pursuant to the requisite police cost being submitted by the petitioner.

A recalling application has been

filed at the behest of the applicant/the respondent no.5 regarding the pandal being still installed there.

To that effect, the petitioner would approach the appropriate authorities for dismantling the pandal, if the same is not done within the stipulated/requisite period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 26722 of 2024 along with CAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
