It is submitted by the Counsel for the petitioner that his client has visited her home town and her mother at nursing home at Bankura.

It is further submitted that number of criminal proceedings have been instituted against the petitioner in various police stations.

State shall within a period of one month from date provide particulars of all cases registered against the petitioner's husband.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of.

In view of the above, all connected applications are also disposed of.

It is submitted that CPAN 728 of 2021 is pending before this Court.

Let that contempt application be listed along with WPA 7139 of 2020 on 16.11.2021.
