Mr. Halder, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, adverting to copy of the order dated 13th July, 2022, passed in C.O. No.1771 of 2022, submits that in spite of specific direction passed by this Court requiring the court below to ensure expeditious disposal of pending injunction application expeditiously, preferably within three effective available working month of the court below, the injunction application has not yet been disposed of, resulting in serious prejudice caused to the petitioner.

It is further submitted that injunction application is getting delayed on one after another date for filing of some interlocutory application at the instance of opposite party.

When there is already a direction passed by this Court in C.O.1771 of 2022, this Court is of the view that no further direction is called for.

The revisional application stands disposed of reposing trust and confidence upon the court below that injunction application may be disposed of expeditiously at the earliest, upon sensing the purport and message already conveyed in C.O.1771 of 2022. Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the opposite party and her learned advocate in the court below.

Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities. (Subhasis Dasgupta, J.)
