Pursuant to an order of this court, the State has filed a report dated November 23, 2024 wherefrom it appears that the Block Development Officer has instructed the concerned authority not to start any construction work over the scheduled land before proper demarcation and in accordance with law.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the writ petition. WPA No.26746 of 2024 stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to take necessary steps in accordance with law, if the circumstances so warrant. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
