1. From the report forwarded by the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, North 24 Parganas signed on 28th January, 2026 it appears that the amount on account of higher scale of pay has been credited in favour of the petitioner on 20th January, 2026.

2. In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner appears to have been redressed. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
