1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner's application for transfer is pending consideration at the end of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Howrah.

3. Without entering into the merits of the same, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the concerned District Inspector of Schools to consider the said application; and if the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then take necessary steps to forward the application of the petitioner to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission in accordance with law at the earliest but

positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. The Commission shall take necessary consequential steps in the matter in accordance with law; and if the application of the petitioner for transfer is allowed, then necessary follow-up steps shall be taken without any further delay.

5. The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to the petitioner.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
